Flange specification: Made of brass, as shown in the drawing below;
The shaft hole has a positive tolerance of 0.6mm and fits loosely with a 0.6mm shaft, such as the 0308 hollow cup motor shaft; Outer diameter 0.9mm
Positive tolerance, fits tightly into the 0.9mm shaft hole.
(This product is not molded, it is precision machined one by one. There will be no problems such as large and small rivets on the chicken eyes, uneven nail cap thickness, curled cap edges, large and small inner holes, or curled hole edges.)


 

The outer diameter of the propeller blade is about 5MM, the middle hole is 0.9MM, and the material is 304 stainless steel;
The middle hole of the small flange for matching installation is 0.6mm, with an outer diameter of 9MM, which fits snugly onto the blade shaft hole.
Installation instructions:

1. The flange outer diameter is 0.9mm, which is tightly matched with the propeller, and the inner hole diameter is 0.6mm, which is loosely matched with the 0.6mm shaft motor; But after pressing the flange into the propeller, 0.6mm will be compressed into a tight fit! When installing it on the motor, pay attention to controlling the force. Hollow cup motors are relatively fragile, and there is a certain amount of forward and backward movement in the motor shaft. Do not damage the coil on the motor shaft!
2. Suggested solutions:
A. After pressing the flange, use a 0.6mm drill bit to enlarge the hole and fix it to the motor with metal glue/solder;
B. It is also possible to fix the flange in reverse onto the motor shaft and press it onto the propeller. Of course, with certain operating techniques and auxiliary tools, it is not necessary to press the flange in reverse.

This motor does not have waterproof function.
