2. Dough Kneading Instructions:

①For Western-style dough like cakes and pizzas, the maximum amounts are 1500 g of flour and 900 ml of water.

②When making Chinese-style dough for steamed bread or buns, maximum of 1000 g of flour. Ensure that the total liquid content including cream, milk, or water is at least 500 g.

Adjust the water proportion along with the flour quantity to prevent overloading the machine, which could lead to damage.

3. Overheating protection: Machine will be automatically stop when continue work 30mins.
