If the product fails to pair or the light does not light up, you can use the following solutions：

1. Check whether the power supply of the USB interface is normal.

It is recommended to connect the 5V/1A power supply.

2. Check the mode of the product, you can switch to the corresponding mode (transmitting mode or receiving mode) through the side button.

3. Check whether the pairing operation is correct, refer to the specific steps in the manual.

4. Please restore the product to factory settings,then try pairing again.
